GRAND FINAL

Hi Everyone,

This weekend is the Grand Finals for the Open rules Competition and we are fortunate enough to have our 14’s Cats in the Grand Final. This team is brilliantly and passionately coached by Peter Flematti, who has done a great job with these boys. They started this season in the 2nd Division and after playing exceptionally well were promoted to the top Division, so to make the Grand Final has been a fantastic result by these young men.

This weekend they play at   THE CLAREMONT SHOWGROUNDS AT 3PM

It would be great to see as many people there as possible to cheer them on to hopefully a premiership.

Congratulations also must go the the 13s Tigers, Coached by Kim Booth and the 15s Lions who are Coached by Mike Dellamonte who did the Club proud last weekend by narrowly being beaten in there respective Preliminary Finals. Both teams battled very hard all day and fought out their games to the very end. After watching both games, I am confident these two teams will come back

bigger and better next season.

Please try and come to the Showgrounds and give our 14’s boys all the support that they deserve.

Auskick Footy Camp

Auskick Parents,
THE CAMP IS CANCELLED THIS YEAR – Due to a lack of response, we have cancelled the Auskick / Year 4 camp this year. We are looking at running a Parent – Player camp earlier in the year next year to allow parents to get together during the season. These weekends are great fun and an fantastic opportunity to meet the other parents in the club, as well as giving the players a good bonding opportunity.

Welcome to the Kingsley Junior Football Club

2009 is shaping up to be another great year for the Club, with great teams, and lots of support from many people – coaches, team managers and all the volunteers that help from carrying water to waving the flags.

Our sponsors are an integral part of our success, as is the hard working committee that assist tirelessly throughout the year.

I look forward to seeing you at the Club.
